Abstract

Objective. The development of the digital economy is seen as a priority task at the level of states and their associations. Maintaining sustainability and ensuring the possibility of progressive transformation of an individual organization in a changing economy requires a qualitatively new personnel and approaches to its formation, development and use. This, in turn, actualizes the need to study personnel policy as a tool that determines the direction and content of work with people.
Materials and methods. The terminological apparatus of the subject area of ​​research has been studied. The features of the current stage of economic development, which define it as digital, are considered. The tasks of the personnel policy of a modern organization are analyzed. The experience of a number of organizations in solving the problems of personnel management caused by the digitalization of the economy was studied.
Result. The possibilities of personnel policy in ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the digital economy are identified. The principles of personnel policy are determined, the use of which is dictated by the new economic reality. The directions of personnel policy are outlined, within the framework of which organizations can comprehensively solve the problems of using digital technologies to improve the efficiency of employees.
Conclusion. The influence of the digital economy on changing the workspace and the content of work in the organization is established The principles, forms and methods that determine the direction and content of work with people in a rapidly changing environment are proposed.
