Abstract
Relevance. In the article, the author proposed and experimentally verified the content of the model of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective management of a professional educational organization. The purpose of the study is to conduct experimental work to verify the effectiveness of the model of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective management of a professional educational organization. The objectives of the study are to build a model of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective management of a professional educational organization, as well as develop parameters of non-price factors to assess the competitive advantages of open source software. The results of the study. The foundations of designing a model of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective management of a professional educational organization «are proposed (for example, Kola Transport College GAPOU MO). The results of the analysis show that the potential of the college meets established licensing standards and indicators of state accreditation, factors that are most significant for staff and students who influence the internal image of GAPOU MO “KTK”.
