Abstract
The recent crisis years have made it more urgent to support small and medium-sized businesses that create new jobs, import substitution, and, consequently, Prosecutor's supervision of compliance with the rights of entrepreneurs, the number of violations of which remains consistently high. The effective solution of this task is facilitated by the legislative powers granted to prosecutors to form an annual consolidated plan for conducting scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, to coordinate unscheduled field inspections and control purchases. The improvement of the situation in this area is largely due to the digitalization of prosecutorial activities.
