Abstract

Purpose of work. The relevance of the research is due to the active process of introducing innovative technologies by enterprises of the Russian economy, including managerial innovations. However, despite the good intentions of domestic business in introducing managerial innovations, there is a large category of problems that create barriers and make this area of innovation economically ineffective. The purpose of the study is to conduct a research analysis of the main problems and difficulties that hinder the implementation of management innovations by enterprises of the Russian Federation in the modern conditions of a crisis economy
Materials and methods. The article discusses the theoretical foundations and aspects of the concept of “management innovation” and the purpose of their implementation by modern organizations of the Russian economy
Results. The main types of management innovations and the stages of their application are highlighted. The advantages of introducing managerial innovations by modern enterprises of the Russian economy are analyzed. The examples of individual innovative technologies that contribute to the implementation of management innovations in commercial organizations are given. The current and main problems and difficulties that hinder the implementation of management innovations by enterprises of the Russian Federation in modern conditions of a crisis economy are analyzed.
Conclusion. The author found that the main problems of introducing managerial innovations by enterprises of the economy of the Russian Federation are negative market dynamics, a shortage of funds and a low level of business liquidity, corporate conflicts between key stakeholders, the level of tax pressure, an increase in debt pressure due to growth of interest rates within the economy, as well as a separate category of problems associated with the negative impact of the consequences of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
