Abstract
Purpose of work. The relevance of the study is caused by the need to develop strategies for financial activities
of enterprises that are effective in conditions of economic uncertainty.
The purpose of the study is to conduct a study of the financial structure of Russian companies on the example
of PJSC Tatneft and identify management features and problems of forming the financial structure of the
company and determining ways to achieve sustainable development.
Materials and methods. The study of the financial structure of Russian companies on the example of
PJSC Tatneft in the current crisis is carried out, recommendations for managing the financial structure of the
enterprise are formulated.
Results. Based on the results of the study of the financial structure of the Russian company PJSC Tatneft
and based on the calculations obtained, it is worth noting that PJSC Tatneft has a highly effective management of the financial structure of the enterprise. The company consistently makes a profit from its activities, introduces
new modern technologies, reduces costs, which contributes to an overall increase in revenue.
Conclusion. The comprehensive analysis of the management of the financial structure of the company of
PJSC TATNEFT showed that it is necessary to study the budget management system to predict and plan both
the current work and to identify possible economic difficulties that the company may face in the future.
