Abstract

Purpose of work. The modern world exists in an unstable global financial architecture and continuous variability. The relevance of the topic of this article is because now there is a complication of socio-economic and political processes at various levels, which leads to the development of transnational corporations, new forms of integration of states, acceleration of innovative development. Building mutually beneficial relations, as a rule, occurs within the framework of integration groups that allow countries to realize their economic and geopolitical interests. In the context of accelerating integration processes in the world economy, international cooperation is one of the most important aspects of any country's economic policy. No country in the world can develop effectively without interacting with other States. The purpose of this article is to review Russia's participation in integration unions, determine its role, goals, and prospects for further participation.
Materials and methods. The analysis of the dynamics of trade with the countries of the EEU, APEC, SCO, BRICS, and BSEC is carried out.
Results. The article also offers directions for the development of relations between Russia and countries within integration unions. In the context of accelerating integration processes in the world economy, international cooperation is one of the most important aspects of any country's economic policy.
Conclusion. No country in the world is able to develop effectively without interacting with other States. Building mutually beneficial relations, as a rule, occurs within the framework of integration groupings that allow countries to realize their economic and geopolitical interests.
