Abstract
The purpose of the article: to identify the main problems of the implementation of the country's budgetary
policy, to consider internal and external factors affecting the priorities of budgetary policy, as well as to
determine the directions of its implementation in the context of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic.
Materials and methods: Methods of statistical data analysis, measurement, comparison, as well as methods
of empirical research and a systematic approach were used.
Results. In the process of studying the state of Russia's budgetary policy, the factors influencing it, the
reasons for the instability of the federal budget, the main problems and ways of carrying out the state budgetary
policy were identified.
Conclusion: for the effective implementation of budgetary policy in its implementation, the state must
proceed from the needs of ensuring social and financial stability.
