Abstract

Purpose of the work. The article examines the potential directions of development of the idea of integrating artificial intelligence in the framework of regional management. Purpose of the study is to investigate the key problems of political decision-making on the use of artificial intelligence elements at the national level, to identify a set of contradictions underlying the definition of the legal capacity of artificial intelligence.
Materials and methods. There is a question of matching the pace of scientific and technological progress with the willingness of society to accept these changes. The answer to it should be sought in the most influential factors from the point of view of the formation of public relations. When determining these factors, attention should be paid to the functions of law, which are manifested in the implementation of the impact of law on the consciousness and behavior of subjects of public relations in order to solve specific tasks.
Results. Artificial intelligence systems apply a wide range of cognitive computing techniques to large amounts of data to enhance human capabilities or autonomous decision-making.
Conclusion. The conclusion is made about the need to improve national legal systems from the standpoint of the allocation.
