Abstract
Relevance. In the modern world, the requirements of companies for the quality of personnel management are
constantly growing due to the fact that human capital is becoming an important resource. Digitalization of personnel management is currently of particular importance, as it ensures the safety and integrity of data and information, eliminates
the need to perform manual routine operations, and saves users time.
Goal. studying the features of digitalization of HR business processes in Russian companies and determining the
most effective technologies for their activities.
Tasks. determination of the degree of digitalization of various HR business processes; identification of the advantages
of digitalization of personnel management; disclosure of the main difficulties of automation of HR business processes.
Results. According to the results of the study, the levels of digitalization of the processes of personnel accounting and
administration of automation of internal communications functions, etc. are determined. It is revealed that the business
process of planning and implementing the career growth of employees in most companies is not represented in a digital
format; the main difficulties of digitalization of HR processes in Russia are revealed; promising areas of digitalization of
HR business processes are shown.
