Abstract

Relevance. An introduction of lean manufacturing into industrial companies, state and municipal institutions and authorities is very relevant at the moment.
The purpose of the study. Purposes, objectives and opportunities of lean manufacturing implementation are considered in the article.
Results. Problems with the implementation of lean production are quite surmountable by holding forums, seminars, conferences with specific examples of achieving positive economic results as a result of the transition to lean production.
