Abstract
Research objectives. The study of modern digital learning tools for colleges and higher education institutions as an
effective means of helping students overcome difficulties in choosing mobile applications.
Materials and methods. The review is based on app classification to help users navigate the apps and decide which
one to use. Students are divided into levels – primary, secondary and higher. Applications are classified according to
these categories.
Conclusion. The results show that listening, spelling, and vocabulary expansion skills are better absorbed using
mobile apps than other language skills.
