Abstract

The problems of efficiency of state and municipal management are relevant not only for the Russian Federation, but also for the whole world. Each state solves the problems of motivation of state and municipal employees in its own way. On the territory of Russia, its own system of motivating this category of employees has been developed and implemented. However, there are certain problems with its effectiveness, since the Russian Federation, being the 11th economy in the world in terms of nominal GDP, is inferior to most European Union countries in terms of the quality of life of the population.
