Abstract

The purpose of the work is to analyze the possibilities of the Federal project «Personnel for the digital Economy» in solving the problem of personnel shortage.
Materials and methods: analysis of regulatory documents (decrees dated 07.05.2018 No. 204 «On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024», dated 21.07.2020 No. 474 «On National development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030», the Federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy») and the results of implementation the project in 2021-2022.
Results. The implementation of the event «Digital Professions» in the future will solve the problem of shortage of qualified personnel in high-tech information industries of the economy and ensure accelerated socio-economic, innovative, scientific and technological development of the regions.
Conclusion. In order to improve the quality of training and accelerate the solution of the shortage of personnel, it is proposed to modernize the educational programs of additional professional education within the framework of the event «Digital Professions».
