Abstract
The purpose of the work. The purpose of this article is to study the possibilities of using Agile in the
management of the tax office.
Materials and methods. To characterize the possibilities of using Agile in the management of the tax office,
the existing approaches to the management and digitalization of tax authorities were studied.
Results. The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the need for a fast, flexible, inclusive and focused
approach to managing public organizations. Government organizations around the world have demonstrated
that they are up to this challenge by using a flexible solution to collaboratively address the challenges posed by the pandemic. Government agencies, including tax inspectorates, are increasingly using the Agile methodology
for developing software, as well as management systems. Tax inspectorates are increasing their capacity for
prompt and flexible regulation, reducing the time for carrying out inspections and obtaining information for
individuals and legal entities.
Conclusion. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that a thorough study of the possibilities
of using Agile in the management of the tax office will improve the efficiency of tax office management.
