Abstract

The purpose of the work. In modern conditions, our state is undergoing a transformation in various industries, new measures of their state support are emerging. This fully applies to the formation of technological sovereignty. The importance of technological sovereignty in the electronics industry is related to ensuring the supply of critical components to provide them to various industries.
Materials and methods. In this scientific study, the authors focus on the importance of intellectual property in ensuring technological sovereignty in relation to the electronic industry, since many industries, economic well-being and defense capability of our country depend on the production of electronic components. The information basis of the work consists of data from Rospatent, FIPS, information from analytical companies and other resources that allow us to form a competent opinion on ensuring technological sovereignty in the electronic industry in the Russian Federation.
Results. The lag in the field of microelectronics and dependence on foreign suppliers of components and components threatens the competitiveness of industries – automotive, telecommunications, etc.
Conclusion. At the same time, a significant aspect of technological sovereignty is not only the placement of production facilities on the territory of Russia, but also the ownership of intellectual property for key elements of technological products.
