Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that digitalization globally transforms existing workplaces, as a result of which there is a need for employees to acquire new skills to perform official duties, which, in turn, causes the need for regular professional development, obtaining additional competencies for the use of modern IT software, robotic and automated technological processes. With these transformations, employer organizations need to constantly train employees in new skills or replace them with specialists who already have the appropriate competencies. This article discusses and analyzes the current trends of the digital economy, which are reflected in personnel management and in social and labor relations.
The purpose of the work is to consider the concepts of “digitalization”, “digital technologies” and the peculiarities of labor market transformations in the context of the impact of digital technologies on the labor sphere. Research objectives are to identify common approaches to digitalization of labor relations, to form a list of standard technologies used in personnel management at the present stage, to identify the required actions for the successful application of information and robotic technologies in personnel management.
Materials and methods: observation, analysis, study, and generalization.
Results of the study make it possible to assert the increasing impact of digital technologies on the production environment, on the very content of labor relations and, of course, the need to revise some of the provisions of labor legislation to adapt it to the changes taking place.
Conclusion. Labor relations are the most sensitive indicator of changes taking place in the market economy are subject to serious changes under the influence of digitalization processes.
