Abstract
The authors analyzed the budget policy in relation to national projects, including federal ones, which are key factors of
the socio-economic development of the country. The structure of national projects for 2019–2023 is considered, priority
directions of allocation of funds of the budget of the Russian Federation are identified, the execution of budget allocations
for the implementation of national projects is analyzed.
The analysis of the planned values of the budget policy in relation to national projects for 2024–2025 is given, it is
proposed to strengthen monitoring of budget implementation. The features of budget execution related to the specifics
of social sphere budgeting are considered. The necessity of actively attracting extra-budgetary funds to the formation of
a more effective policy of financing national projects in Russia is revealed.
The article presents a structural analysis and dynamics of the federal budget allocated to national projects;
a synthesized analysis of regulatory documents and official sources of information on the implementation of national
projects.
