Abstract
Relevance of the topic. The sustainable development of the economy supports its constant technological
improvement, the provision of material and technical base, as well as the integration interaction of economic entities
within its framework. Providing these requirements to enter the European development trajectory can locate a potential
entrepreneurial ecosystem. The most common entrepreneurial ecosystem switches in a hierarchical structure when the
core participant of the ecosystem, a large regional business, acts as a catalyst.
The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the core application of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in its
development in the hierarchical construction of the management system design.
Materials and methods. The study is based on general scientific methods of observation, analysis, study and
generalization of scientific data and information.
Research results. These include, in particular, problems of the ecosystem and problems of a purely technical
nature in territories of different dimensions. In accordance with the studies, the authors conducted a study based on a
high degree of mastery of the core ecosystem, its role in its development, as well as possible options for its behavior
depending on the party it occupies: developed innovative potential, networking opportunities or availability of resources.
As part of the study of discourse development, the authors consider the possibility of using broad procedures for
creating decisions in relation to a major practical action in the role of the core presence of RPE.
