Abstract

The article studies and formulates the main characteristics of management systems of business structures in the context of their impact on business processes. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the definition and justification of the characteristics of the management systems of business structures, which must be taken into account when assessing their effectiveness, since each of them plays an important role in ensuring the optimal operation of the business structure. The main characteristics of the management systems of business structures are identified and analyzed, such as: sustainability, administrativeness, control, financial policy, strategic planning, strategic programs, the system of organizational management of the business structure.
