Abstract

The article highlights and substantiates the features of the formation of a sustainable business process in modern conditions. The analysis of special elements of a sustainable business process is carried out: a sustainable entrepreneur, an algorithm for identifying sustainable business opportunities, and justifying the introduction of sustainable innovations. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development of a sustainable entrepreneurial process, which is necessary to change the consumer habits of the target audience with the help of innovative goods/services. The developed approach to the formation of a sustainable business process allows you to make basic changes by including socio-economic and environmental problems at the design stage in order to create a product/service that will be necessary for the target audience throughout their entire life cycle.
