Abstract
In the course of the work, the allele pool was studied for the EAB-locus of blood groups of cows of the Kostroma breed and 15 genomarkers associated with economic longevity were identified. Cows in the genotype of which the B2G3QT1A1'P 'allele (Karo line marker KTKS-101) was identified, had a life of 8,0 calving with a lifetime productivity of 56 958 kg of milk, which is 15 927 kg (P <0,05) milk more than the sample average. 20 allele combinations were identified, which are more often found in long-lived cows: G3O1T1Y2E3'F2 '/ "b", B1O3Y2A'2E'3G'P'Q'Y' / "b", E'3G "/" b ", G3O1T1Y2E3 'F2' / G2D ', B1O3Y2A'2E'3G'P'Q'Y' / I1G'G ", G3O1T1Y2E3'F2 '/ B1I1T1A1'P', G3O1T1Y2E3'F2 '/ B1G2KE1'F2'OF3 G1E1' '/ O', B2O3Y2A'1E'3G'P'Q'Y '/ B2I2T3A1'P', B1O1Y1A'1E'3G'P'Q'Y '/ B2G2KE3'F1'O', G2O1T2Y3E1'F1 '/ B2G3KY2E1' F2'O'G "and others. The index of genetic similarity of parents in cows with long productive longevity was determined, which varied from 2 to 3 (heterogeneous selection). It was established that cows (n = 2) obtained from parents with an antigenic similarity index from 0,200 to 0,500 (homogeneous selection), had a period of economic use - 89 calving, which is 0,501 calving (P <0,909) less than the average for the herd. To create a greater number of heterozygous combinations, we recommend using the semen of bulls more widely - manufacturers of Kostroma lines.
