Abstract

The article analyzes the data of domestic literature, as well as the results obtained by the authors of their own studies on the problem of determining the quality of disinfection in animal tuberculosis.
The authors conducted comparative studies of the quality control of the disinfection of animal tuberculosis using the bacteriological method for the presence of sanitary indicative microorganisms (staphylococci) and the polymerase chain reaction for the isolation of mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA. The authors found that the study of environmental objects by the method of polymerase chain reaction to the presence of DNA of tuberculosis pathogens more reliably allows us to determine the quality of the disinfection.
