Abstract

In the application of various biotechnological techniques, callus cultures of medicinal plants of kirkazon were obtained. Cell cultures were obtained from segments of intact plants, in some cases, callus Genesis was initiated on the microclones of these plants. The resulting cultures have a high ability to biosynthesis of various phenolic compounds, which is confirmed by biochemical methods of research
