Abstract

Studies of the effect of a nutrients and biologically active mixture consisting of microbial synthesis protein, microalgae Spirulina platensis, and organic iodine on scar digestion were carried out on 14 fistulated sheep by the method of periods-control and experimental, lasting 10 days each. The effect of this mixture on metabolic health, productivity and reproductive function was studied on 33,5 Holstein cows during the periparturient period. The inclusion of microbial synthesis protein, microalgae Spirulina platensis and organic iodine in the diet of sheep had a noticeable effect on the physical parameters of the chymus, the enzymatic processes of digestion and the microbiota. After feeding, the pH in the chymus was normalized and there was less TBA AP, the content of VFA increased by 76,9 and ammonia by 21,9% compared to 43,6 and 5,4% in the control period, and the amylolytic activity was higher by 1,169%. During the experimental period, the total number of microorganisms in the chymus was 100 g/0,694 ml, including 0,475 bacteria and 100 g/38,5 ml infusoria, this was more than in the control period by 25,7, 62,6 and 30,6%. The inclusion of this nutrients and biologically active mixture in the diet of cows during the periparturient period had a positive effect on the metabolic of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and minerals, optimized the activity of enzymes and hormones, as a result of which the average daily milk yield in the experimental group was 33,3, 27,8 and 7,7 kg, which was higher than in the control group by 7,1, 14,1 and XNUMX%. The cows of the experimental group also improved their reproduction indicators.
