Abstract

Poultry farming has a significant role in providing the population with high-quality food. Biostimulants benefit animals and birds. Therefore, the search for effective biologics is relevant. The article presents the results of research on the use of the biological stimulant Nucleostim in the cultivation of broiler chickens of cross РОСС-308 and Rodonite cross chickens. Particular attention is paid to the morphological characteristic of the thymus and bursa of broiler chickens, as well as the effect on the thymus and bursa of the nucleostim biostimulator at the tissue and cellular level. Histological and immunohistochemical studies have shown that the biological stimulator Nucleostim optimizes the structure of the thymus and bursa, prevents the development in the organ of disorders of cellular mechanisms of metabolism, leading to the development of structural changes.
