Abstract
The superficial flexor tendon of the horse's toe in the middle third of the metacarpus and in the region of the joint of the second phalanx was studied. Here, the tendon tissue is hypovascular or avascular, with inclusions of fibrous cartilage. The features of the structure of tissue in health and in chronic tendinitis are shown.
