Abstract
The paper presents the results of a study of the biological properties of museum strains that are
in the All-Russian collection of microorganism strains of the Federal State Budgetary Institution
«VGNKI».
Strains with the most valuable properties for further work were selected from the collection.
Preparation and freeze drying of museum strains was carried out. The biological properties of the
strains were studied on bacteriological analyzers before and after freeze drying.
