Abstract

The article describes a method for determining the activity of antimycotic preparations and their combination with the metabolite Bacillus subtilis for strains Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus. The article pays attention to the problem of currently increasing resistance of microscopic fungi to the biocidal drugs used, which is the result of the work of adaptation mechanisms of microscopic fungi leading to the appearance and selection of strains with an unusually high minimum suppressive concentration or resulting from the use of preparations to which the strains were initially sensitive. The presented results reflect the effectiveness of the use of spore probiotics metabolites together with anti-mycotic agents for Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus strains.
