Abstract

The article assesses the current level of pork production in agricultural organizations of the Russian Federation. The dependence of pork production on livestock and on the productivity of pigs was studied using the example of agricultural organizations.
Over the past period, there have been significant changes in the subdivisions of the agro-industrial complex involved in the production and processing of pork. After 2000, the production of pork meat increased significantly.
Modeling in the production of pork is considered on the example of production in agricultural organizations, since there is reporting only for this category of farms. Source: Rosstat and authors' calculations.
