Abstract

The study of an integral microbial-organismal biosystem in chickens, which is in a state of dynamic equilibrium with a relatively constant taxonomic composition of the microbiome, which varies depending on feed and a number of other factors, can be determined by the ratio of individual groups of microorganisms. The work is devoted to the development of a unified fractal model that allows assessing the state of the intestinal microbiota of chickens under the influence of factors correcting microbiocenoses (probiotics, prebiotics, phytobiotics, etc.). Based on the results of metagenomic studies, fractal portraits of microbial profiles under the influence of probiotic, prebiotic and phytobiotic were built. The parameters of the Fr3 fractal model, the indices of bioconsolidation of microbial communities in the intestines of birds were calculated according to the experimental variants.
