Evaluation of the parameters of chronic toxicity of the complex drug "Abiovit"

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study of the parameters of chronic toxicity of the complex drug "Abiovit", which includes a number of vitamins and microelements, with repeated intragastric administration of it to laboratory rats at doses of 1 and 5 ml per head for 30 days. As a result of the experiment, it was proved that the studied complex preparation does not have chronic toxicity, since it does not adversely affect the general condition of laboratory animals, hematological parameters, as well as indicators of coprological and pathoanatomical studies.
