Abstract

The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of the disinfection of liquid pig manure with the complex action preparation «Thiazone» TU 24.06.48-001-41345395-2019 at the pig farm of the Agro-Belogorye Group of Companies in the Belgorod Region of the Russian Federation. As a result of a microbiological study of 68 samples of liquid pig manure, bacteria belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family were isolated.
After treatment of the lagoon with a 2 % solution of «Thiazone» for 1 day, growth inhibition of Escherichia coli, Alcaligenes faecalis was observed in an amount up to 104 CFU-Meg. On the 15th day of exposure, no Alcaligenes faecali was found in the samples of the experimental lagoon, and the concentration of Escherichia coli decreased to 102 CFU-Meg. The growth of the bacterial population of Alcaligenes faecali up to 102 CFU-Meg on the upper and lower manure horizons was noted on the 30th day.
