Abstract
This article presents materials on the study of a multicomponent preparation based on vitamins,
amino acids and trace elements «Abiotonic» when used in rabbit breeding. The results
of organoleptic, physico-chemical, microbiological studies are displayed. The toxicity and relative
biological value of rabbit meat after the application of the feed additive «Abiotonic» were studied.
According to the results of the studies, the organoleptic parameters of rabbit meat of the
control and experimental groups did not differ and characterized it as benign, meeting the
requirements of GOST 20235.0–74 “Rabbit meat. Sampling methods. Organoleptic methods
of quality assessment”. According to the results of microbiological studies, no pathogenic and
conditionally pathogenic microflora were found. The obtained results of organoleptic, physicochemical
and microbiological studies indicate that the use of the feed additive «Abiotonic» did
not have a negative impact on the quality of rabbit meat. Animal meat is safe, non-toxic, has a
high biological value and meets all the parameters regulated by regulatory documents in the
Russian Federation.
