Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of drugs from the
group of immunostimulators in the treatment of calicivirus infection of cats in the conditions of
LLC Bravo Zoovetcenter Vyksa of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The effectiveness of the use of drugs depends on many factors, such as the severity of the
infectious process, the resistance of the animal's body. The lower the resistance in an animal,
the longer the infection lasts, and as a result, the treatment is longer and less effective.
To determine the drug efficacy, the drugs Feliferon, Immunofan and Forvet were used, as
well as complex symptomatic therapy. The end date of treatment was considered to be the
absence of a clinical manifestation of the disease. Compared the periods spent on treatment with
various immunostimulants, and found that all drugs have a therapeutic effect, but "Feliferon"
and "Forvet" are more effective than the drug «Immunofan».
