Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the comparative effectiveness of disinfection of livestock buildings, using Lubisan-Eco and Dinovis at a consumption rate of 100 g/m2 and 0,3 l/m2, 0,25 % solution, respectively. Efficiency was assessed by taking swabs before and after disinfection from floors, feeders, walls, drinkers, windows and partitions, and the resulting swabs were examined for bacteria of the Escherichia coli group. The impact of disinfection on the microclimate of the premises was assessed – the content of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide was assessed before disinfection and after 3 hours of exposure.
According to the results of the studies, the high efficiency of the disinfectant Lubisan-Eco, and its beneficial effect on the microclimate of the room, by reducing the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the room, which in turn helps prevent animals from diseases caused by opportunistic microflora, and protects the mucous membranes and respiratory tract from irritation by ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. Based on this, we recommend using Lubisan-Eco for disinfection of cattle rooms.
