Abstract
The aim of the study was to cause aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in rabbits in an experiment by administering drugs that worsen blood supply in the femoral head and hip joint. The drugs were administered to rabbits distributed in two groups. X-ray, biochemical and morphological studies were carried out. Then a surgical operation was performed aimed at removing part of the femoral head by resection arthroplasty at different times before the restoration of limb functions.
