Abstract

The article presents the results of the study on the economic efficiency of various methods of trapping broiler chickens (trapping by the legs and trapping by the chest) their transportation and processing. It has been established that catching a bird by the chest with its head up in a vertical position is considered promising, as the number of external defects of carcasses is reduced, which makes it possible to increase the profitability of broiler meat production by 3,2 %.
