Abstract

There are many methods for diagnosing pathogens of animal candidiasis, however, the Candida indication from swabsamples of the mucous membrane of the goatshollow organs of the respiratory and digestive systems by the method of coherent fluctuation nephelometry is used for the first time. In this study, we assessed the success of the indication of yeast-like fungi using the “CFN-16” microbiological analyzer, followed by the identification of “MALDI-TOF MS”. The strains of Candida spp. (42,2 %) washes from the mucous membrane of the hollow organs of the respiratory and digestive systems. Extraction of microbial proteins from the accumulation medium of the “CFN-16” deviceduring mass spectrometry significantly accelerated the identification of: C. albicans 21 (33,33 %), C. glabrata 3 (4,76 %), C. dubliniensis 1 (1,58 %), C. parapsilosissensulato 1 (1,58 %). Sowing samples for Candida spp., carried out in parallel on Saburo agar, showed similar results, but this method turned out to be much more time-consuming.
