Abstract

In this article, the influence of the phytobiotic «Aferr» on the growth rate and meat qualities of broiler chickens of the «Cobb-500» cross was studied. It was revealed that when the phytobiotic «Aferr» is introduced into the feed for broilers, at the rate of 5 g/kg of feed, it increases the live weight of chickens at 42 days of age by 2,9 %, the slaughter yield by 2,0 %, the output of the pectoral muscles by 0,7 %, without reducing the physico-chemical parameters and the goodness of meat.
