Abstract

In the course of the experiment, the biological safety of the use of the chitosan polysaccharide complex in connection with the microelement Se for the body of laboratory animals – rats was studied. The study was carried out under conditionsveterinary clinic of FGBOU VO «Vavilov University ».On the basis of a veterinary clinic, an experiment was conducted to simulate disorders of the digestive system and restore the body of laboratory animals when using aminopolysaccharide. The article discusses the effect of polysaccharide – chitosan on the digestive and circulatory systems of laboratory animals.In the work, changes in morphological and biochemical parameters of blood were studied, as well as indicators of daily weight gain were monitored. The data obtained prove that the studied aminopolysaccharide – chitosan in combination with the microelementSe does not have a negative effect on the body of rats, but on the contrary, it normalizes the indicators of internal homeostasis and increases the course of metabolic processes in the body of laboratory rats.
