Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the use of antibacterial drugs in animal husbandry and the way they get into food products. And also the legislative basis for the use of these substances in the food industry on the territory of the Russian Federation was studied.
Screening methods of analysis are suitable for the determination of antibiotics in a large number of food samples, however, confirmatory methods are needed for a more accurate study, which were also described in this article.
