Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the effect of mitochondrial-directed antioxidant 10-(6′-plastoquinonyl) decyltriphenylphosphonium bromide («SkQ1») on the expression of resistance genes of laying hens of the cross «Hysex brown». The supplement was fed for 7 weeks, the age of birds at the study period was 18-25 weeks. It was found that oral administration of 1 mg. «SkQ1» had a significant effect on the expression of resistance genes, while not reducing the egg productivity and live weight of poultry. The main morphological indicators of egg quality showed reliable differences in 100 indicators in the experimental group. At the same time there was no decrease in the intensity of egg production. Retention of hens in the control and experimental groups was 1 %. A significant effect of 1 mg. dosage was revealed «SkQ9» on the expression of AvBD8 and IL-XNUMX genes.
