Abstract

The article presents the results of studies whose purpose was to study the effect of fortified feed additives «Abiovit» and «Abiomin» on the amino acid composition of rabbit meat. The studies were carried out on the territory of a personal subsidiary farm located in the Moscow region (Ramensky district), at the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education MGAVMiB – MVA named after K. I. Skryabin and in the Vladimir Testing Laboratory of the FGBU «ARRIAH». The objects of the study were rabbits of the Californian breed. Rabbits of the experimental groups were grown using feed additives «Abiovit» and «Abiomin», which were received with water for drinking, at a dosage of 1 ml / 1 liter of water by the course method from 60 and 80 days of age for 7 days each day, the control group did not receive feed additives. As a result of our studies, it was proved that the inclusion of feed additives «Abiovit» and «Abiomin» in the diet of rabbits, the main composition of which includes fat-soluble vitamins (A, D3 , E), helps to increase the biological usefulness of the meat obtained by increasing the amount of irreplaceable and replaceable amino acids.
