Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study of the chronic toxicity parameters of a new complex drug containing organic iodine, as well as a number of other microelements and vitamins, with repeated intragastric administration to laboratory rats at a dose of 1 and 5 ml per head for 30 days. The studied complex iodine-containing drug, when administered repeatedly orally to laboratory animals, does not have a negative effect on blood and urine parameters, does not affect the results of scatological examination, and does not cause the death of animals. Therefore, the study drug does not have chronic toxicity.
