Abstract

The article considers the issue of increasing the biological usefulness of the products of slaughter of broiler chickens when using domestic feed additives in the diet. It has been established that the vitamin and mineral complex «Productive® Forte» has a positive effect on the dynamics of the live weight of broiler chickens, while the mass of edible parts increases. We noted a higher protein content in the pectoral and femoral muscles of broiler chickens, as well as an increase in the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The vitamin content in the liver of broiler chickens of the experimental group significantly exceeds the control.
