The journal Soft Measurement and Computing is a peer-reviewed scientific publication dedicated to promising methods of measurement theory, artificial intelligence and their application.
Despite the rich history of research in these scientific areas, the journal is one of the few in Russia that is devoted to the problems of soft measurements and calculations.
Along with the theoretical results in these areas, it is of interest to the journal to use the methods of measurement theory and artificial intelligence to solve technical, economic, managerial and social problems, as well as digitalization of the economy.
The main goal of the journal is to contribute to the development of research in the field of intelligent measurements, as well as the promotion of innovative technologies based on soft measurements and calculations.
Soft Measurements and Computing magazine was founded in 2017. The frequency of the magazine is 12 issues per year.
The journal is indexed in the Russian scientific citation database NEB (RSCI).
By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (VAK under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia), the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science, for the degree of doctor of sciences (number 1746 in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of 07.03.2023).
