A new philosophical, educational and scientific-practical discipline “Solidarology” is proposed, which is a logical continuation of the research of the author, leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Barlybaev H.A. in the field of the concept of sustainable development and global studies, set forth in 4 volumes of his selected works and other publications. This discipline fills the gap in the scientific and philosophical literature, formed due to the lack of studies of the most important solidarity relations in social development, which played a decisive role in the formation of human civilization and today are able to lead it out of a grave crisis. Solidarology and conflictology in the book are presented as complementary sciences that study the two fundamental subsystems of solidarity and conflict relations in a holistic system of society. It is recommended to everyone who is interested and worried about the future fate of mankind at the epoch-critical stage of its stay on Earth.
