The monograph considers a conceptual approach to investment control in economic entities. The theory and methodology of investment management audit as a form of internal control are studied. It has been determined that a managerial investment audit will allow: to control the appropriateness of the set investment goals; to assess the potential for the implementation of investment projects accepted for development according to the marketing research of supply and demand for products (goods, works, services); to analyze the resource capabilities of the economic entity; timely identify and eliminate deviations of intentional and unintentional distortions; to identify the level of quality of formation of information support for the purpose of making managerial investment decisions; to provide consulting support in the preliminary, current, subsequent periods of time of the facts of economic life in the investment activity of an economic entity; generate a report on the state of the investment object and subject based on the results of current, operational and strategic inspections.
