The monograph examines the concepts and concepts of intellectualization in the scientific and technical field, the main systems for representing data, knowledge and information and their application in various types of intelligent systems. The analysis of intelligent computer-aided design systems is carried out, the prospects for the use and improvement of CAD of clothes are shown. The monograph describes in detail a new approach to the process of analyzing and interpreting an artistic sketch of a model, based on the use of the theory and methods of artificial intelligence. To transform graphic information at the initial stages of design, it is proposed to use methods of intellectual support from an automated system. The investigated methods of intellectualization are based on structured expert knowledge and are implemented in intelligent modules of a computer-aided design system. For the intellectualization of the process of automated design of clothing, information, graphic and mathematical support has been developed, based on the creation of a formalized intelligent language for recognizing the image of a product given by an artistic sketch. For this purpose, graphic elements have been identified, with the help of which a graphic solution of clothing is formed (an alphabet of a graphic language has been developed); the informational component of these elements (grammar of the graphic language) is determined; a technical apparatus for organizing a human-machine dialogue has been developed. The introduction of intellectualization methods into the process of designing clothes will provide an opportunity to organize the creative work of the designer, organize a dialogue between the designer and the designer to improve the quality level of the clothes produced.
The material presented in the monograph will be useful for specialists in the light and textile industries, researchers, graduate students, masters and bachelors of universities studying in the direction 656100 "Technology and design of light industry products."
