On May 18, 2023, there will be a presentation of the monograph by Igor Valerievich Pilipenko, Ph.D. terms of the sanctions.
The presentation will take place at the Plekhanov House in St. Petersburg as part of the XXXIII meeting of the Discussion Club of the Russian National Library in face-to-face and online formats.
